Patricia provides individual, child and family therapy. She enjoys helping people who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or grief. She provides couples therapy as well as family therapy. With her extensive experience in a variety of settings, she will select the type of therapy best suited to your individual needs. She is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Process Therapy, Anger Management, Interpersonal Relationship Therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness Based Therapy and Behavioral Modification Therapy.
She specializes in Child Play Therapy, the preferred treatment for children who may be exhibiting emotional or behavioral difficulties. She has experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum. For parents who want to participate in Play Therapy with their child she provides Filial Therapy. She also coaches parents in the use of proven parenting strategies.
