Elizabeth practices holistic client centered therapy, teaching clients how to relinquish a thought system based on fear in exchange for a thought system based on love. She works with each client to develop a collaborative relationship and support clients in identifying goals, in developing the necessary tools to navigate change, reconnect with their authentic selves, and reclaim their personal power.

Elizabeth offers individual, couple and family counseling for issues related to interpersonal growth and relationship difficulties. This includes, but is not limited to, persons experiencing ADHD, addictions, anxiety, Asperger’s Syndrome, co dependency, depression, divorce, dual diagnosis, grief or loss, infertility, parenting, pre marital counseling, PTSD, substance abuse and trauma.

Some clients choose to work on increasing their insight and awareness through individual counseling. In other cases, a family may be seen together for brief family therapy to learn how to change unhealthy patterns, resolve conflict and adapt to change.
